Warranty Coverage

We warrant that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period as specified below:

• Mechanical water meters: 24 months from the date of delivery
• Smart water meters: 24 months from the date of delivery
• Ultrasonic heat meters: 24 months from the date of delivery
• Communication devices: 12 months from the date of delivery

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or handling
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Natural disasters or force majeure
• Normal wear and tear

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the defect. We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.
